Before you submit

Please describe your requested modification in as much detail as possible — including material types, dimensions, colors, and locations. If your project involves excavation (fences, plant installations, etc.), any excavated soil must be completely removed from the property.

If approved, all requests are granted “as is” and owners are liable for any costs to correct deviations. Costs of future repairs or replacements (scheduled or otherwise) are the owner’s responsibility, not the association’s.
